SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases will be shipped to customers within 48 hours of the order placement unless otherwise communicated. 

 

We keep a strong depth of stock and our website remains as up to date as possible however in the instance that your product is not available, we will make contact with you.

​​RETURNS POLICY​

We want you to love & enjoy our products for years to come. We have some of the world best athletes using our products and if they weren't anything but the best we simply wouldn't be putting our name against them. 

In the unlikely event that you aren't happy with your MOTO MAC product(s) then please contact us via email via our “Contact” page explaining the issue with images to highlight the problem where relevant, generally one of the MOTO MAC team will respond within 24 hours. Once we have agreed your return please post your return including a written explanation of your return on the reverse of your invoice, this will streamline your return / refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Must be within 30 days of purchase (unless product is faulty).

  • Your item must be in the same condition it was dispatch in, and unused.

  • The product must be in the original unopened packaging.

Returns shipping costs are non-refundable and covered by you. It is your responsibility to ensure the return arrives back to MOTO MAC undamaged or lost. We recommend taking postal damage/loss cover for this. MOTO MAC will cover shipping costs for any product sent to you through error. We will look to refund customer returns within 7 days of receiving the return if meets the above criteria.

If your product fails within 12 months from purchase date we will offer a full refund post inspection and confirmation of the failure. We pride ourselves on customer service and we want customers for life part of our tribe,

not one hit wonders!

EXCHANGE POLICY​

We welcome product exchanges if your item is unsuitable. Please contact us ahead of returning your exchange to agree your exchange.

  • Must be within 30 days of purchase (unless product is faulty).

  • Your item must be in the same condition it was dispatch in, and unused.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT VAT

If you are buying from outside of the UK your product maybe liable for import taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. Generally changes will be applied when the goods arrive in your country. You are responsible to cover these fees and we advise you comply with any regulations / laws. MOTO MAC holds no responsibility on these potential fees.
